Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Introduction

IronProof ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the IronProof web application (the "Service").

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us:

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not use your photos or measurements for advertising, and we do not use them to train machine-learning models.

Camera and Photo Access

The Service accesses your device's camera or photo library only when you choose to take or upload a progress photo, and only after your browser or device asks for your permission. Photos are never accessed, uploaded, or scanned without an explicit action from you.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase services provided by Google LLC (including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage). Data is encrypted in transit, and access rules ensure your photos and measurements are only readable by your account. Some data may also be cached locally on your device so the app works quickly. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your progress photos and measurements are private and only accessible to you. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as Firebase, described above), or if required to do so by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual photos at any time, or delete your entire account and all associated data from the app settings. When you delete your account, your photos, measurements, and profile information are permanently removed from our systems.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app settings or contact us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice in the app or on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
